Like any area in America Real Estate is local. Markets are quite different even just a few miles down the road. Over the last 8 years I have watched what some call Real Estate Web Sites pop up all over the internet. Unfortunately they are mostly awkward at best, and only provide a cold home page with not much being useful to the local home buyers and sellers. Well good news for American Canyon Homes, you now have a local resource center. Think Napa homes and have all the local resources at your finger tips. Vallejo homes, Fairfield homes and Vacaville homes, I now report the trends in your market.
In addition over the years I can’t tell you how many times I have seen a listing which claimed to be charming, wonderful and the like, only to find when I previewed the home it wasn’t even close. This has irritated me to no end and shown me that listings aren’t so accurate. So what to do about this? Well we are going to preview and rate the new properties as they come into the market. Every week my team will preview all new listings and we will provide an update with ratings! That’s right we are going to preview and rate the properties for you. Then if you have interest in any of the rated homes contact me directly to arrange a showing. If the property has already been sold, you can check back with us weekly to see what’s new.
I am providing this to you the consumer directly because I have all too often seen such shoddy real estate offerings.
